ESP International’s Executive Vice President for Seal Markets Don Grawe will retire at the end of 2021, bringing to a close 26 years at the Iowa-based global and domestic supply chain specialist for seals and rubber products.

“Don’s knowledge of the industry and the players in the industry will be missed on the day-to-day basis,” said ESP President and CEO Jeff Hamilton. “Don and I have worked together over the last 25+ years to help build ESP into what it is today. Don’s contribution to the growth of ESP has been invaluable!”

With his 30 years of industry experience, Don not only helped build ESP but also the International Sealing Distribution Association. He served on the ISD Board of Directors starting in 2012, followed by serving on the Executive Committee from 2014 to 2016, ISD President from 2016 to 2018, and then as ISD Past President from 2018 to 2020.

ISD thanks Don for his support and commitment to the association and the industry and wishes him the best for his next chapter.
