Organizations face hard choices in the midst of economic uncertainty: workforce reductions, cost adjustments, margin pressure, client discontent — the list goes on. Mike has served as a Research Fellow for the National Association of Wholesaler-Distributors and held faculty roles at Purdue University and Texas A&M.
