Distributor Members
Any corporation, proprietorship, partnership, or business entity that maintains contracts or agreements with manufacturers and has agreed to distribute fluid sealing products or services to industry, institutions, end users, and/or original equipment manufacturers, and maintains an inventory of such products. Fluid sealing products are defined as mechanical or hydraulic seals, packings, or gaskets. Entity must meet the eligibility requirements adopted from time to time by the Board of Directors and may be elected to such membership upon payment of the required fees and dues.
Manufacturer Members
Any corporation, proprietorship, partnership, or business entity whose business is that of selling fluid sealing products or raw materials necessary for the manufacturing or fabrication of fluid sealing products, sold primarily through distributors. Entity must meet the eligibility requirements adopted from time to time by the Board of Directors and may be elected to such membership upon payment of the required fees and dues.
Service Vendor Members
Any corporation, proprietorship, partnership, or business entity whose business supports the distribution of sealing or fabrication products or has shown a significant commitment to the industry. Entity must meet the eligibility requirements adopted from time to time by the Board of Directors and may be elected to such membership upon payment of the required fees and dues.
